Having problems with accessibility when completing your application? We can help!
Aira assistance connects those who are blind or have low vision with visual interpreters and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users will need to first download the Aira app to their smartphone and register their phone number. Aira users can then use the app to connect with a trained visual interpreter to assist with completion of an application on this portal. You can contact Aira customer service for assistance at 1-800-835-1934 or support@aira.io.
