Colorado Electric Transportation Application Portal

The Colorado Energy Office provides options to make electric bicycles (e-bikes) and vehicles (EVs) more affordable to Coloradans. This allows Coloradans to take part in the State’s transition to clean energy. Visit Transportation Funding & Financing Opportunities for more information about these programs.

Apply to Open Programs

Coloradans may be eligible to apply for the programs available on this portal during an open application period. Please review the eligibility requirements for the Vehicle Exchange Colorado program and the E-bike Rebates Program.

  • Aira assistance connects those who are blind or have low vision with visual interpreters and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Users will need to first download the Aira app to their smartphone and register their phone number.
